We have introduced state-of-art manufacturing technology and testing system from the States, Germany, United Kingdom, Italy and Japan. Currently,we have19 extrusion production lines which can handle 600-5500 tons of section bar, and build up a manufacturing system which includes designing and manufacturing moulds, casting,extrusion,oxidation coloring, electrophoretic painting, powder sprqying,fluorocarbon spraying, insulation and finished machining of frames etc. Our annual production raeches 10,000tons per month. We adopted the ERP information system to further upgrade our productivity and product quality. Packing Details

1. Bundles Packing

- Inside: packed with plastic protective film to protect each piece.

- Outside: Wrap to be bundles by waterproof craft paper or EPE film.

2. Carton Packing:

- Inside: Each pcs pack in one plastic bag.

- Outside: Numbers of quantity put in one carton.

3. Wood Pallet Packing:

- Inside: Bundles or cartons packing.

- Outside: Numbers of bundles or cartons laden on one wood pallet.

4. Customized packing requirement available.

Q: What's your MOQ ?

A: 1 metric ton for each model.

Q: What's your payment term?

A: 30%deposit, 70% before cargo loading.

Q: Can you provide samples?

A: Yes, surface color sample available, 5 days received. OEM new sample need new mold creating 15 days roughly.

Q: Can you do OEM, how about the mould cost?

A: OEM is welcomed. The mould cost is depended on differet design.

Q: Do the price of all the colors are the same with the same surface treatment?

A: No, different surface treatment prices is different.

Q: What are the main market of your products?

A: Our main market are America, Australia, Africa and Europe.
