Manufacturing Strength

We have introduced state-of-art manufacturing technology and testing system from the States, Germany, United Kingdom, Italy and Japan. Currently,we have19 extrusion production lines which can handle 600-5500 tons of section bar, and build up a manufacturing system which includes designing and manufacturing moulds, casting,extrusion,oxidation coloring, electrophoretic painting, powder sprqying,fluorocarbon spraying, insulation and finished machining of frames etc. Our annual production raeches 10,000tons per month. We adopted the ERP information system to further upgrade our productivity and product quality. To carter for an expanding domestic and international market, we take a further step to develop hrand new national patent window and door products,providing section bar for trendy, high-class door and window products and commodities.

Packing Details

1. Bundles Packing

- Inside: packed with plastic protective film to protect each piece.

- Outside: Wrap to be bundles by waterproof craft paper or EPE film.

2. Carton Packing:

- Inside: Each pcs pack in one plastic bag.

- Outside: Numbers of quantity put in one carton.

3. Wood Pallet Packing:

- Inside: Bundles or cartons packing.

- Outside: Numbers of bundles or cartons laden on one wood pallet.

4. Customized packing requirement available.

Q: Can you provide sample?

A: Yes, surface color sample is available.

Q: Is OEM available and how about the mould cost?

A: OEM is welcomed, the mould cost depends on the design, please send us drawing or sample, and it takes about 15 days to make a new mould and sample.
Besides, we have more than 30000 moulds and a whole set of moulds for Nigeria window & door in our warehouse, if it is available for you, you can save the mould cost.
